I appreciate the hotel’s location, but the water heater isn’t working, and the overall hygiene of the bathroom and toilet could be better.

Nothing good to say. The staff were unwelcoming, the room was dirty, the bed was broken and needed replacement, there was no breakfast, the room rate jumped from 22k to 29k, the air‑conditioner unit had to be replaced, and it was an awful experience.

“Good location, poor amenities”

Conveniently close to the airport, but the bathroom feels like a matchbox and is unusable. The room was filthy, surrounded by dirty walls.

I came with my girlfriend from Germany and we booked this place, but the staff called to say the room we had booked was already taken and the only available one was higher. The issue was eventually resolved, yet when we arrived the place was a mess. The air smelled bad, the room was stinky, the toilet facilities were outdated. It feels more like a local guest house than a hotel. The staff were dirty and clueless about guests. I felt embarrassed in front of my girlfriend. Mosquitoes bit her and we couldn't sleep until the next morning looking for another place. The swimming pool was filthy; I even saw dead cockroaches. The supervisor seemed inexperienced and couldn't control the staff without arguing. It's a shame.
