The view and location were nice, but nobody offered to lift our bags upstairs and another guest had to help us; the staff seemed poorly organized.

The beds were great, the room spacious, and the breakfast tasty; parking was also convenient.

The bedroom was modern and comfortable, with useful extras like decaf coffee pods and a small packet of biscuits; the towels were generous in size and check‑in was smooth with friendly staff. The bathroom felt a bit dated compared to the room and had some mold on the grout; there were no power sockets near the bedside tables, which made charging devices frustrating.
