The hotel is close to the metro, so getting from the airport and exploring the city was easy, and you can walk to the seaside promenade in 10 minutes. The staff are very polite and always ready to help, even a woman who speaks Russian. Overall everything was fine, but the room felt old, especially the shower area.

I really liked the location—it’s just seven minutes from the metro and close to the hotel, with plenty of shops, great for shopping. I didn’t like the lift; it was a bit scary because it made a noise when moving, and the table in the room was shaky and unstable.

Only the location is a plus. Everything else, except the location and the staff, is a problem. The staff are responsive and friendly, which is typical even for bad hotels. The room is ruined: paint is swollen on the walls, baseboards are falling off before the bathroom entrance, and the window frames are sagging. The hotel has no microwave or washing machine. It seems the hotel needs a good owner, because the location is good.
