The staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient. Central location. The station is within walking distance. London Victoria is reached by train in 45 minutes. The hotel parking is very hard to find at night.

We had a "triple room" which was in two parts with a double bed in one part and a single bed in the other. The room was very spacious and had a nice refurbished bathroom. There was no lift and as we are both in our eighties it was a bit tricky to negotiate the stairs. However the staff were very helpful getting our luggage up and down the stairs

Great location, breakfast included. Parking on site. Staff were helpful when we had an issue with tv remote. Rooms are a little tired. I can see some are being renovated. Bed was a little uncomfortable
