A wonderful house with a cozy, beautiful courtyard and parking for several cars, an attentive host who’s always in touch. The house is thoughtfully designed in every detail to make guests comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the summer kitchen with a grill sets the mood for warm, friendly gatherings 😁. Rooms are well furnished, beds are comfortable, which is essential for a full rest. Each room has its own bathroom. Luxurious balconies are a nice bonus 🙂. Even though it’s relatively far from the city center, everything needed is within walking distance – a supermarket, a fantastic Georgian restaurant (very tasty and inexpensive), a grill, a bakery, and pharmacies. We had a wonderful time! 👍 Thanks to the host for such hospitality!

Our stay at the villa was simply delightful! We arrived with a large, close‑knit group and each of us was thrilled. The house is huge and spacious. Every room has its own bathroom, which made our lives a lot easier :) We felt at home thanks to the cozy, friendly atmosphere the villa creates. The barbecue area was our favorite spot for evening gatherings – comfortable and with a view of the lovely garden. The pool was clean. The villa is far from the city bustle, yet easily reachable by car. We had a wonderful time at this villa and I can confidently say it’s one of the best places for a large group. Huge thanks for an amazing stay!. I wish the hot water pressure on the 3rd floor could be adjusted.

I was disappointed that the time was perfect, but the location was a bit far; otherwise everything was pampering at a high level.
