The spot is perfect for heading to Penitentes, but the room was poorly heated, so we felt very cold while traveling with kids. The sheets were very old, though the blankets were fine, and everything else looked worn. Breakfast was terrible.

The spot is unbeatable – just a minute from Penitentes Park and a decent walk to Puente del Inca. The food feels like home, and the pets are super affectionate. The views cover up any small shortcomings, and the services are what you’d expect in a place hit by heavy snow – nothing fancy, but functional.

Breakfast was nice, the room was simple but clean, and the Wi‑Fi was excellent. The hosts were super friendly, making the stay feel welcoming. Overall, a solid spot.

The place sits right on the highway, which is convenient. At night you can hear trucks passing, but it’s not a big deal. Still, you’ll get a good view of the road.
