The rooms are spacious, the hotel is clean, it’s quiet, the décor is nice, and the restaurant is fantastic.

The owner Augustin was incredibly welcoming, the room was spacious and comfy, and the attached restaurant was very good.

Nice hotel, a bit off the beaten path. The staff were very motivated, everything else was fine.

We got a room with the entire shower door missing and a broken toilet seat. After asking for a new room, we found indeterminate stains on the bathroom walls, the toilet seat was still broken, and there was used dental floss in the toilet. When we said we wanted a refund, another new room was offered, but the time it would take was too much, so we declined and requested a refund. The manager called me for minutes and I recorded the call on video. Feeling uneasy, we packed up and left our luggage. At reception we met two staff and an unknown person who supposedly was the owner. After showing the pictures and video, he let the staff show us the bill and refunded us almost everything. We then left the hotel and found a new place. Never again Fiore. Disaster.
