Perfectly situated 200 m from the old town’s entrance, in a quiet alley, with a cheap public parking 10 min on foot. The apartment’s location is great because it lets you wander the city and then come back to rest or change (it was 34 °C). The owner gives clear instructions and responds very quickly. He is very polite and charming. The unit is on the 2nd floor without an elevator, which wasn’t a problem for us. It has air‑conditioning. Great for us who have been exploring for three weeks; there’s a washing machine. We recommend this place.

The location was perfect in the centre of the old town. The accommodation was clean, well appointed, and the check‑in/check‑out process was seamless. Nothing—everything was great.

The Viatorem apartment sits very well at the start of Zadar’s old town and is easily reachable on foot. From there you can explore everything on foot. The apartment has everything needed for a pleasant stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. We also liked the new windows with built‑in fly screens and blinds. The place was very clean. Communicating with the host Nikola was simple, fast, and hassle‑free. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

“Great location, comfortable and quite”

The apartment was well located in the old town, right near everything. We were two floors up (four flights of stairs), which wasn’t an issue. The room was small, but comfortable. The bathroom was functional but small.
