This B&B wasn’t very thoughtful; items were missing or damaged, pans had scratches (replaced after complaint), the microwave was moldy (cleaned but not thoroughly, some residue remained). Luckily 24‑hour customer service helped—otherwise the name on the booking was wrong, the address and landmark were completely different, and I almost ended up in a bush. Customer service was good, but everything else fell short, which is a shame. Also the water pressure was tiny, so long‑haired guests shouldn’t stay here; the shower was so weak it made me question life.
