Everything was excellent.

The location is good, but everything looks old; the floors, walls, fake plaster, bathroom tiles, and sinks are all worn.

The hotel has been around for years but still stays relevant; the restaurant is sometimes good, not expensive, but the service and food quality have their flaws. In room 202 the TV remote control didn't work.

The proximity to the bus terminal is great, but the restaurant service was a bit lacking.
