The staff seemed more interested in selling club memberships than anything else. My daughter fell ill during the stay, yet they kept pressuring us to attend their club seminar. The property itself was clean and the location was good, but the staff’s behaviour made the stay sour.

The 2‑bedroom apartment was very spacious, complete with a full kitchen, laundry, and a nice balcony. It was great for a family with three kids under five. The pool had a good play area, was warm enough, and the kids could hop into the nearby spa whenever they wanted. The kids club playground was a hit, although it was empty in early September and not very enticing for the kids. Cocktails were not worth the price, and the sales pitch to force a 90‑minute demonstration was a real stain on the place. We refused and tried to avoid further pressure, even when they suggested holding my small baby while I went—no way! It just ruined the vibe. The kids club’s proximity to the pool made me uneasy about supervision and activities for my little ones, so it would be better when you’re confident they can safely get out of a pool if they fall or get adventurous.

The deluxe rooms are newer and much nicer; they’re spacious apartments that compare favorably to other Denarau resorts with tiny rooms, and there are fun activities throughout the day to keep the family entertained. The staff are friendly and always make you feel welcome. The only downside is that there’s no buffet breakfast, but since it’s an apartment‑style stay you can cook for yourself or order from one of the restaurants. Be careful not to get roped into presentations for deals; they usually take much more of your time than they promise.

Everything about Wyndham is fantastic! From the people, to the accommodation, the food, the pool and all the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon!. Nothing.
