The location was amazing and the front entry was really beautiful. The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful, though it was a bit noisy in the morning because the room was at the back and delivery trucks were passing by, which I understand.

The hotel was spotless and the rooms lovely, and breakfast was great. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond when my dad needed to get to the hospital in an ambulance; they helped me pack and get the train to the hospital, and one kind person even brought me by train to the hospital.

The hotel had a perfect location in beautiful Monterosso, was cozy and pleasant with a table to sit outside, offered good and varied breakfast, and the staff were friendly.

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Hotel Margherita. We LOVED the location, right in the middle of Old Monterosso and within easy walking distance to everything. The size of our split-level junior suite was spacious, including the bathroom, which was well stocked with towels and essentials. Beds were comfortable (including sofa bed), AC was solid, and we had plenty of storage for our clothing and personal belongings. We found the property and rooms to be very clean and well-maintained, better than the pictures depict. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage before check-in, and offered us a clean beach towels each day of our stay. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast on the outside terrace, and the charming street views from our balcony. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Cinque Terre. Highly recommend!. Nothing!
