The location was great if you have a nearby flight, parking was free, and the building looked very nice. The air‑conditioner was noisy and hard to set up, even though there was a panel in the room – maybe I was unlucky.

The hotel’s location is well connected to the train, the neighborhood is nice, and aside from occasional airplane noise it’s quiet; the air‑conditioning works wonderfully and quietly, rooms are cleaned daily, staff are very friendly and try to accommodate special requests, but there are no storage spots in the bathrooms, no towel hooks, the outdoor areas need some cosmetic fixes, the mobile reception in the room is poor to nonexistent, the Wi‑Fi is very slow, and the Italian breakfast offers no variety like you’d expect in Germany.

The building is brand new and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast was subpar, the rooms weren't cleaned well, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, and the drains didn’t work properly.
