New, welcoming and meticulously cared for. Nothing to say, it seems impossible but it is. If I had to give advice, ask if there are gluten‑free options, since breakfast may contain gluten. ☺️

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with good beds and toiletries, located 20 km from Pompeii. However, the kitchen and living area lacked amenities, and the windows in the two bedrooms and bathroom faced the street but couldn’t open because of traffic noise, since the unit is on the ground floor. Upon arrival, a basket of snacks and jam was ready as a “breakfast” for three days, but we had expected fresh daily breakfast items, which was disappointing. The garage was too small for a Toyota Aygo, though street parking was possible. Check‑in was self‑service, and we never met the host.
