The owner is a cool, young guy who speaks English, so there were no communication problems. The place was clean and tidy, and the neighborhood is quiet. The center is a 15‑minute walk away. Overall, I rate it very highly and recommend it.

It was perfect for hiking and relaxing. The town’s edge, in a quiet environment, close to hiking trails and the distant bus stop. The rooftop terrace was a very pleasant spot. The host drove me from the train station and also took me back after check‑out.

I was greeted by a very friendly host and stayed in a spotless, pleasantly scented apartment with comfy beds and good equipment; walking to Eger city center takes about 15 minutes to the castle.

The place is close to the center and everything is a pleasant walking distance, with a helpful host, but there’s no kitchen gear in the room, not even a glass, and at 8 pm there was no hot water after a chilly city stroll when you’d want a warm bath.
