The staff were very attentive and the room was tidy. I was at an event and the elevator kept breaking down. Ordering room service costs a fee and the waiter still asks for a tip, so a single juice ends up costing twice as much. The hotel is in a noisy traffic area, so overall it doesn’t justify the price.

I found the underground link to the shopping center handy, especially for grabbing a bite at the diverse food court with several restaurants. However, I was assigned to floor 18, and the hotel’s layout—rooms positioned along the rectangle’s walls with a central gap and a shared balcony—made it tough to navigate the elevator due to my vertigo. I’d suggest people with vertigo ask for rooms no higher than the fifth floor.

The breakfast was tasty and the hotel is close to Lima’s Historical Centre. The shower in the bathtub lacks a separate showerhead.
