The family suite was huge and well‑equipped, with a soft, clean mattress and two convenient bathrooms for a family, plus a beautiful room in a handy spot. The owner was friendly and eager to help, and I’ll definitely pick this hotel again next time I return to Đồng Văn.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the location was excellent. The receptionist was very nice. The bed was hard, and there was noise in the hallways.

The owner of this place is a real gem. He went out of his way to get me a decent breakfast when he knew the options were limited. The only downside is that the room was a bit cramped, but the owner's kindness made up for it. Overall, it's a cozy spot with a lot of heart.

This new hotel is right in the city center, which is a big plus. However, some rooms are windowless and tiny, especially considering the price. The breakfast was pretty basic - just an omelette and some bread - and the elevator was super loud every time it moved. It was a bit of a nuisance when I was staying in the room next to it.
