The light was broken and I still had to go down to call someone to replace it; the toilet was a bit dirty; the water heater didn’t heat; it felt like there was no water heater at all; I couldn’t change rooms, and when I asked to switch I was told I’d have to pay extra, and they said there were no rooms at that price. Honestly, even if I didn’t switch rooms, this room isn’t worth the price. Everything needs improvement, especially the water heater and cleanliness.

The staff for non‑Malaysian guests were treated far better than the Malaysian staff. I’d like to point out that your staff member, ANN—if I’m not mistaken—should listen to customers first and stop showing faces to them. We’re paying for their service, and while the cost isn’t huge, it’s significant for us. If a room has issues, please inform us in advance instead of waiting for a complaint. Your staff could answer whether the TV works 50/50, whether the water heater is functional, or if the toilet lamp is working. Please improve customer service; we’re paying, not receiving free services. I can provide a video if needed. Thank you.

There was literally nothing positive. The room smelled like terrible cigarettes, the bed was uncomfortable, smelly, and stained. The toilet was nasty. Because the building and rooms face the road and highway, you hear cars, honks, bikes revving nonstop, especially at night. They only accept a RM50 cash deposit. Check‑in is after 2 pm and they’re not very locally friendly.

The free parking was the only bright spot of our stay. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The check‑in and check‑out times stated in the information do not match the hotel’s actual conditions. Check‑in is only possible from 14:00, and if you want to arrive earlier you must pay an additional RM100, which can only be paid in cash. Check‑out is at 12:00. The room condition was very poor and unhygienic. In the bathroom, the shower head was mouldy, the walls were covered in dirt, stains, and discoloration, and mould was visible in other areas of the bathroom and room. Yellow stains were on the bed and bedding. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and mould and dirt were also present in the hallway. We also found ants in the room. The pictures no longer reflect the current state of the hotel; the room looked significantly worse and less tidy than on the published photos. Under these conditions we did not feel comfortable at all.
