Everything about our room met our expectations, but the breakfast could have been better.
“average at best is being kind.”
We asked to have our sheets changed. 3 days. not once was the room made for us.even after asking at the front desk and being told "yes". it was never done - not once in 3 day-stay
“Slept good, good temperature controlled room, easy access”
The location is good and the pillows and bed are comfortable, but the cleanliness was only average, the shower could be easier to use, and it would be nicer if breakfast opened later.
“Dirty, not kept up - do not book or stay here!”
The front‑desk clerk, on her second shift, tried hard to get us checked in while she also handled breakfast, check‑out, and room cleaning alone. The first room we got had a standard bed and a mattress on top of another mattress on the floor, and it smelled awful; we paid the full rate and never stayed there.
The elevator’s walls need cleaning.
