The hotel’s facilities include a tennis court and a kids’ playground. However, the room’s sound insulation was poor; we could hear activity in adjacent rooms and upstairs. At night I even felt like someone was entering our room because the noise from neighboring rooms was so clear.

Our room was comfortable, though I couldn’t figure out how the dishwasher tab fit into the detergent compartment. The kitchen had enough glasses, silverware, bowls, and plates. The toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion—were nice, and we had plenty of towels. We liked the ceiling fans, ice maker, and large fridge. The shower drain plug was broken, and the bedroom TV remote was defective, so we had to replace it. The new remote shared the same frequency as the living‑room TV, so turning on the bedroom TV would switch off the living‑room one. Early‑morning noise from yard maintenance and equipment woke me up, even with ear plugs.

The room was perfect and very spacious. I enjoyed the outdoor patio and the easy access to the pool and other activities. The showers were a bit small, and the patio door didn’t close properly, but otherwise it was a good experience.

The property feels like a private apartment with hotel services, and the location, parking, and security are excellent. I would definitely return. However, at check‑in I was aggressively sold a timeshare, which felt inappropriate after a 12‑hour trip. I hadn’t even seen the property yet, so it was disappointing. A few days later I was called again to see if I’d reconsidered, which I didn’t like. The main communication channel for hotel services is text, which can be costly for international travelers.

Everything was great—very comfortable and accommodating for our family. The parking was frustrating; finding a spot late in the evening was difficult.
