Only the price was good for 2 nights; the mattresses were sagging. The place is cramped for families with many children, everything feels packed. The pool was unusable, it didn’t invite you to swim.

The bathroom has brass faucets that give a very antique look. Air conditioning runs nonstop. The beds surprised me; the silk mattress feels like flying on clouds, I loved it. Breakfast is another issue. The restaurant is fully antique‑designed, you almost feel like you’re in a movie, plenty of fruit, clean dishes, and it’s close to Ancient Hoi An town – it’s worth it and a thumbs up.

The spot isn’t far from the old town, which made it easy for me and my friends to bike over. The buffet was fantastic, and we all loved the food. The receptionists were friendly, supportive, and helpful; they let us leave our luggage in the lobby while we visited the pottery village. On the downside, the AC took about two hours to actually cool the room even though we set it to 16 °C, probably because the unit is old and not functioning well at that temperature. It was annoying. Also, the window didn’t offer the view we expected; we could only see another villa’s roof, which left us a bit puzzled.
