The location and view from the room – looking across the beach to the lighthouse – were amazing. It’s close to the local markets and restaurants. The room was so comfortable that it was easy to unwind. I wish we could have stayed longer and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Biarritz; you’ll love it. The only downside was the 4 pm check‑in.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious. We paid for a sea view and it was worth every cent. The toilet was a separate room, which felt refreshing. The staff were delightful, and the location was very central. However, the tea and coffee station didn’t include English breakfast tea or milk, and we were charged for it when we asked.

Situated on the beach, the downstairs restaurant is fantastic and the staff are great! The food is very good. The front desk was just average, the place felt very crowded, and there was no parking – we had to carry our bags 500 m from a public car park, which took an hour to find. The roads were closed off in a way that felt overly restrictive. It’s fine for a weekend with light luggage and locals, but not ideal for Australians with large bags.

The hotel is divine, the location unbeatable, and every staff member is friendly and professional. The restaurant Pluma is superb!!! I’ll definitely come back. Everything was excellent.
