From check‑in to departure the staff made the process quick and easy; the room was easy to access and clean.
“Great value.”
The location was great, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The internet was spotty.
“I liked how I was treated, and the room was comfortable. The room was a little dated but that is ok”
I appreciated the comfortable bed, the pillows, the TV, and the quiet air unit, while the door had a small gap at the jamb that didn’t bother me.
Nothing positive. I was double‑charged before checking in and couldn’t get a refund.
“Was always a BW fan but now……”
Close to everything, but the pool was discolored so we didn’t use it—our only reason for booking was to swim. Staff entered the room while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was outside and put it back inside; we had put it on because we didn’t want anyone in our room with all our belongings and food there. Small black bugs were in the bathroom and in the sink.
