“So Good!!!!!!”

We got to Lubbock around 3 am, much later than planned because of car trouble. I called ahead to inform Karen—she was not a “Karen,” she was kind, sweet, polite, and even had a great sense of humor during the 3‑minute call! Finding the cabin, parking, and entering it was easy thanks to the instructions we received. The cabin’s decor and cleanliness surpassed the pictures; the bed sheets smelled fresh, the bed was comfy, and the pillows were new and firm. Water bottles, snacks, and K‑cups for coffee were provided. The shower was clean with good hair products. Everything was excellent! In the mornings we loved watching prairie dogs and bunnies playing in the grass.

“If I’m coming back to Lubbock again I will stay at the place again”

The place was spotless and super comfy, and the price was a great deal for the nights I stayed. There was nothing bad about the property.

Location, prairie dogs, easy booking, clean, quiet till the train. Mattress wasn't great, the shower water pressure will peel paint, no light in the kitchen

“I slept in my car at the truck stop and had to pay for a shower there...”

The guy behind the tack room was friendly and tried hard to help me get into the room I paid for, but none of the listed phone numbers or support options worked because I had lost my phone and never got the text with the door code. After hours of trying, I ended up staying somewhere else (my car at the truck stop), which cost an extra $18 for a shower the next morning. It was a horrible night with no help except a neighbor who told me how to find the office, but I never found it. I got a refund, which should arrive in 2 weeks—finally! The refund process took 12 hours to reply about the code. The refund shouldn’t take 2 weeks; customer support should have a contact number for emergencies or after hours, and all this info should be sent via text and email in case I need it after 5 pm when they stop answering the phone. The number could even be posted on the door of the rack room, because I couldn’t find the office after searching for over 30 minutes driving around an RV park and a property I don’t even know they own that seemed deserted with everyone hiding inside.
