The place had a very nice, well‑maintained atmosphere, an inviting pool with loungers and a pleasant sitting area; it’s within walking distance of the basilica and restaurants, has a large, private parking lot, and the check‑in was simple and friendly. The downside was that it’s right on the main road, which is a bit noisy, but that also means everything is very quick to reach.

The staff were very helpful in meeting all requests. The room was small but cozy and full of little details. The location was perfect for my needs. The three euros of tourist tax was a surprise; at booking I felt the price included everything, but it wasn’t.

This small gem sits just a stone’s throw from the Basilica of S. Maria degli Angeli. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous, the rooms are spotless, and the facilities like the pool and jacuzzi are very well kept.
