The room was impeccable, spacious and clean, and the restaurant was very good and of high quality, but the pool was cold, uncovered, and lacked heating. The hotel was undergoing general renovations, which could justify a discount; I paid R$ 463,00, which was absurd during the works.

Nothing good. The hotel was dirty, rooms weren’t cleaned, the bathroom smelled horrible, and parking was charged separately.

I found the price to be economical, though the property was under renovation, yet it remained clean.

The room was functional, comfortable, and clean with a good bed and accessories, and the front‑desk staff were polite and helpful. However, given the cost and the lack of nearby activities, it could have been better; we stayed four days and every time we requested room service it was never fulfilled, and breakfast was disappointing with only scrambled eggs that were greasy, no other protein options, and for a gluten‑free guest the only carb was cheese bread.
