Gostei da localização perto da estação do trem, perto do mercado municipal perto do calçadão Osasco. Não gostei da limpeza, Não gostei da madrugada, levanta e faz muito conversa. precisa egienisar os quartos, principalmente quando saí um hóspede. muito cheiro forte de cigarro. isso deixou a desejar. não foi trocado lençol e nem toalha durante 5 dias no quarto

“Horrível”

The front‑desk staff was friendly, but the room had an old bed, a blanket that smelled used, and a second blanket that smelled like cockroaches; the sheets were also very old. When we went to breakfast, nothing was left to eat and the staff didn’t offer anything else.

“Não recomendo”

The location is great, right near the station and downtown Osasco. I asked the front desk if I could leave my luggage until 14:00 for a few errands, but the reply was an automated, robotic message. Breakfast was almost nothing, the coffee was odd, and only the man at the counter and the front‑desk staff were friendly. The room lacked a bath or face towel, and there was no curtain on the window, so morning light poured in. When I checked out, I always had to hand the key to reception; there was no “do not disturb” option, so one night a cleaning staff member knocked on my door while I was still sleeping. Overall, a very negative experience; I wouldn’t recommend it. The noise from other guests was terrible, as if I were in a village, a horrible lack of consideration.
