The location is wonderful, the room is spacious, and the pool is nice, but the breakfast is limited for a hotel of this caliber, the staff at breakfast look unhappy, and the pool service is poor.

This hotel is beautiful with great amenities, the infinity pool was so relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s only a 5‑minute drive to the center of Saint‑Remy‑Provence, making it a great base for touring Provence, and there was nothing to dislike.

The surroundings are very beautiful and it’s nice to be able to book a pool day and have the staff attend to you. The price was excessive, the photos of our room didn’t match reality (dry grass in the garden, a broken gate left on the side so no privacy, a door that closes poorly and stays open after the housekeeper passes, curtains not fixed properly, lampshades not straight), and there was no access to a gym for a room that cost €850 a night.
