Double - Six, Luxury Hotel - Seminyak

“Subpar F&B management and staff communication. Will not stay again.”

Nothing stands out. The staff seemed stressed and unhappy, struggled with communication, and we were constantly asked to sign bills without moving from one place to another. We stayed in a 2‑bedroom suite where one room’s AC unit wouldn’t turn off and that problem was never fixed. The “butler” staff were unfriendly, and communication was again poor. The restaurant manager appears new or inexperienced in F&B, and the food was subpar for Indonesian cuisine.

“Relaxing in comfort, style and luxury”

The hotel sits right across from the beach and offers a quiet, relaxing vibe in Seminyak. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Food—room service and the breakfast buffet—delivers fresh, tasty dishes, and the on‑site restaurants are also excellent. I can’t think of any downside.

“I wouldn’t stay there again”

The spot is decent, but most staff struggled with English, and breakfast service and food were lackluster. The nightly fireworks until midnight were irritating, and a 10am curfew would help.

“Spoil yourself in this gorgeous establishment - ticked all the boxes”

Room immaculate, large with plenty of 'extras' - bed so comfortable and shower pressure excellent. Ocean view gorgeous. Service for drinks at the pool and later at the beach, excellent. We loved the room so much, we had the room service option - again excellent. This was a last minute booking and we regret we did not book in earlier or have the opportunity to stay longer!
