The aunt was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was big and soft, and complimentary tea, coffee, and pastries were provided. However, the air‑conditioner was old and it took a long time to cool down, the TV struggled to connect to the cable and couldn't find a channel, and it was a bit hard to find staff at night.
