I was annoyed by the long wait at reception and the poor treatment I received.

الفندق ممتاز بالنسبة للموقع والخدمات وخاصه اللي عندة مواعيد في المستشفيات في دبي وايد قريب . 1. الاشياء الغير متوفرة فرش ومعجون الاسنان 2. السرير غير مريح للنوم . 3. وباقي الاشياء ممتازة والديكور والاثاث جديد
The stay and room were clean. The breakfast had fewer vegetarian and Indian options.
I appreciate Ahmed for his good handling of the issues I faced, but the service was bad and there was a 3‑hour delay in getting my clothes from the dye shop at the reception, plus the safety lock on the door doesn’t work.
