The hotel’s location is good, but the bedding in our first room was… (however I must note that the front‑desk agent, after our complaint, switched us to a room with much firmer and better bedding and we thank them for that).

The front desk was very friendly and attentive, giving great recommendations and paying attention to details. Water and juice were complimentary in the lobby until 2 am, which was very helpful at night.

Everything was spotless, the bed was super comfy, the staff were very attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious too.

The spot was super convenient, right in the middle of the city and close to nearby towns. But the place felt very old‑fashioned, and I found a bunch of hairs all over the room—on the pillows, washcloths, and even a long hair hanging on the back of the towel rack. The ceiling had bad damage that was patched poorly, and the floors creaked loudly. It was just not acceptable.
