“Bien”
The place had a good location, but the breakfast menu could use more variety. The breakfast itself could be better.

The breakfast was bland and repetitive each day. The hotel was clean but lacked an elevator, so we had to climb stairs a lot. There was no hand sanitizer near the railings, and some of us used the railings for safety.

Breakfast is amazing. Staff, a super friendly, comfortable room, great atmosphere. The only complaint that I did have was my. I reserved the room between 11 and 12, it was supposed to be ready and I had to wait. For about an hour and 30 minutes for them to get the room clean, I was a little disappointed with that, but everything else was amazing. We even stayed an extra night

The staff were friendly and the place was clean. The pillows were awful, and we didn’t have towels in our room.

La ubicación es buena. La limpieza es mala, con pelos en el baño y en las camas. El olor era feo. El aire apagado estaba demasiado caliente y duró bastante tiempo antes de que el cuarto se refrescara.
