The place was quiet, had a good location, and the shared kitchen access was handy; free water and complimentary coffee capsules were a pleasant surprise, and parking nearby was free and easy to find after dusk. I felt safe both at the hotel and in the city overall. The shower was weak, there was no bathroom door, the power outlets were few and poorly placed, and the room lighting was dim.

The location was good and central. The toilet had no door or divider, and there was a noisy sewage pump behind it that made a lot of noise every time water was used, even stopping on its own in the middle of the night—waking you up. The bed was not very comfortable, and the sound from other rooms was very clear, so the isolation was poor.

The location and room were fine. We could hear all the noise from the floor above, even though we were in the first‑floor suite. Whenever room 17 turned on the hot water, we heard everything, which made it hard to get a good rest.
