An absolutely gorgeous hotel. So many beautiful artifacts and paintings; I spent an hour or two just looking at the walls! The secluded pool was very welcome after a day in the city. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the personal service was lovely. Nothing to complain about.

I was drawn in by the eclectic art in the room, but the meet‑and‑greet was a let‑down—no one explained the paintings, and the breakfast felt pricey and sloppy.

The suites were gorgeous, the decor eye‑catching, and the kids loved the swimming pool; the staff were super helpful, giving great travel tips, so I’ll definitely return.

The décor was decent, but the place was overrun with mouse‑size cockroaches, you can’t order food unless you booked ahead, the hotel is far from any restaurant, dogs roam freely inside barking and licking people, and the Wi‑Fi is awful.
