The staff were a problem. I was charged 800rs more than the booking price. The room was unsanitary, the bed springs hit my back, and I couldn’t turn over in my sleep. OYO hotels are the worst.

I would advise against staying here; the hotel refuses to accept OYO bookings, offers no address or phone number, and the rooms are the most untidy and dirty I've seen in DLF Phase 3.

The staff were incredibly rude and behaved badly, and the cleaning and overall service left a lot to be desired, making it the worst stay I've had.

The only good thing was the location, but the property itself was awful: they added extra charges to my booking, the staff were rude, and the room lacked basic amenities and was dirty.
