The room is clean and tidy. The customer service and staff are simply below any standard.
The double rooms offer a much better view and face the urban heart of Tel Aviv; the hotel is better suited for those who want to be close to the action and enjoy a business experience. The parking price is expensive; a guest shouldn’t have to pay for parking when booking accommodation.

The breakfast was indulgent and wonderful, and the entire team tried hard in every situation—well done.

They treated us to chocolate and wine upon arrival. The pool is great. Late check‑out isn’t possible. The breakfast is special and high quality, but very expensive—160 shekels per person, including a 4‑year‑old who ate a bite and a half and then seven.
