The place was convenient and cozy. Sometimes the food didn’t hit the mark, but the pizza was delicious. The highlight was definitely the heated pool.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel: the heated pool, free tasty breakfasts, and the staff were all great; the restaurant was excellent and included a grill area; evening movies and the overall atmosphere were superb; I recommend this place for a vacation with a beautiful view from the windows and balconies.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I enjoyed my time here. Unfortunately, I don't have any negative comments to share, as everything was perfect during my visit.

The outdoor pool and spa were truly amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time relaxing in these areas. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness, which seemed to be lacking in some areas.

The hotel staff, particularly the administrators and waiters, were very attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The panoramic rooftop pool was a highlight of my trip. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness, both in the rooms and by the pool, where I noticed black mold and dirty water. Even when I requested room cleaning, only the trash was taken out, and the floor wasn't vacuumed.
