The place was clean and the staff were friendly, though the location felt odd; I wish the hotel had its own restaurant or bar because the pizza I ordered from a nearby spot was awful and the room was quite cramped.

The pool was out of service without any notice, the breakfast tasted terrible, and the frozen treats from the gift shop were melted, refrozen, and inedible; the constant noise from other guests ruined our sleep, and the price was far too high for what we got.

The hotel was good and very clean, but the breakfast was lacking and needed coffee available.

It was good but prior years were better than this year. Shower head and vent in the bathroom. You only had 3 selections of tea and I didn’t bring any because you always had a nice selection. I didn’t get to enjoy my tea at the fire this year 😢

Breakfast was great—an oatmeal bar with many choices, hearty breakfast sandwiches, and a few other small options; the bathrooms were nice with plenty of shower space, and the location was beautiful with the cliff behind.
