The staff were very attentive, friendly, and familiar. If it weren't for their people, the room smelled strongly of food, the air‑conditioner didn’t work properly, the corina was white and now yellow, there was no outlet next to the bed even though outlets exist elsewhere, and a door splits two rooms so you can hear what’s said next door and vice‑versa.

I would just ask for better billing service, because it’s annoying having to write several times for the same request.

The hotel was well maintained, the room was very comfortable and in excellent condition, the air‑conditioning worked perfectly which made the stay even more pleasant, and breakfast was very good with a variety of high‑quality options; overall a very satisfying experience.
