Finca Girasols

“Perfekter Urlaub”

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful finca in Mallorca with a group of eight friends. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the expansive and well‑maintained property. The outdoor area is a real highlight: a dreamy, large pool surrounded by a lovingly tended garden that invites relaxation and togetherness. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintenance and details. Inside, we were never short of anything. The kitchen is well equipped and provides everything needed for cooking together in a larger group. What was especially pleasant was that each bedroom had its own bathroom – that added a lot of comfort and privacy for a big group. A special thanks to the host Maria, who was incredibly warm and helpful. She always responded quickly to our messages and was available for any questions, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall it was a completely successful holiday at a beautiful finca that we would book again anytime. Absolutely recommended for larger groups that value comfort, peace, and a nice atmosphere.

The location was quiet, plenty of space, a pool and garden. The trash had to be taken out by us, which was very inconvenient on the day of departure. The separate bedroom with a bathroom had an unpleasant odor from sewage in the shower. There were too few seating options in the living room; only one couch for three people and otherwise only the dining table was available, which was a bit uncomfortable.

“Lugar ideal para unas vacaciones”

The place was perfect for disconnecting and enjoying tranquility and the surroundings. The house was spotless, the beds comfortable, the Wi‑Fi good, and overall everything was very functional. Very good communication with the owner.

“Gelungener Family- und Friends-Urlaub auf einem einladenden Anwesen”

The grounds and the house were tidy and clean. There is a billiard table that can be rented for a cheap flat rate over several days or alternatively you pay one euro per game. Our travel group had a lot of fun with it. The pool chairs are very comfortable and the pool is regularly (after prior notice) inspected and cleaned. The owner of the property is very friendly and attentive and responds promptly to any concerns. We appreciated the pool towels that were provided. We had a nice time at the finca. The downside was that because we had two travelers with cat‑hair allergies, the cats that were usually present in the evenings – although not resident on the finca – were a bit annoying, especially with occasional litter. The water pressure in the showers is weak, so it’s advisable to shower one after the other.

I found the location superb—quiet yet only a few minutes by car from Campos, where all the shops and restaurants are. The drive to the nearby coves and beaches is short, and the outdoor area is amazing with plenty of comfortable sun loungers. The pool is great, and the terrace works well for casual meals. The grounds are expansive and not densely populated outside the finca. The rooms are well laid out, each with its own bathroom, but you need to know that a room with a bathroom has a separate entrance, not through the main finca entrance. The fridge and freezer are large enough. Maria handled communication smoothly and was very flexible and accommodating upon arrival. A neutral note: there are several cats on the property. The showers could use improvement—some fixtures don’t work, drains don’t run properly, and the extra air‑conditioning fee is oddly hidden before booking, which is unusual for the price range. Kitchenware and dishes/glasses could be better, and the mobile reception and internet are weak (though that can be seen positively). The frequent visits by the owner (four times during our nine nights) and presumably her family were a bit unsettling. Water‑ing plants and pool cleaning were understandable, but the multi‑hour maintenance on the finca grounds—including mowing the lawn while we tried to relax on two other days—felt excessive for a nine‑night stay, especially when up to four strangers were on the premises and guests were watched while sunbathing and swimming.
