The room was spacious enough for a family with four children.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, which I would expect to be at least a 4-star establishment. Unfortunately, it fell short in almost every aspect, from the limited and unappetizing breakfast options to the dirty coffee area. The only redeeming quality was the spacious room, but even that couldn't make up for the subpar service and facilities, which seemed more like a 2-star hotel.

I'm shocked that this hotel didn't improve after my previous negative review, and my second visit was just as underwhelming. The lack of basic amenities like toilet paper and a mirror in the bathroom was frustrating, and the customer service at the reception was non-existent. The young staff member who checked me in seemed to struggle with his own language, and I had to give up trying to extend my stay due to the hotel's unresponsive policies.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some positive aspects that were unfortunately overshadowed by a few major drawbacks. The hotel was quite clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was also convenient, with local supermarkets and amenities nearby. However, the bed was not very comfortable, and the room could have been cleaner. Overall, it was an average stay that could have been improved with a bit more attention to detail.
