The value for money was excellent, the staff were welcoming and highly professional, the manager listened to guests and took care of small details, the restaurant was superb with delicious meals, I recommend this place.

The setting in the Norman countryside is absolutely extraordinary, and the staff are truly welcoming and pleasant.

The staff were friendly and competent, the view from the room was great, the room itself was spacious, breakfast could be taken in the room. However, the restaurant’s food was not to our taste; the dishes’ presentation (heavy use of balsamic and powdered herbs as garnish) felt a bit old‑fashioned, and the fish was unfortunately undercooked. Despite the many glowing reviews about the kitchen, this was a surprise for us. Taste is obviously personal, and since the restaurant was full, there are surely many guests who enjoy it. For us it was a lesser match this time, despite the excellent service.
