Lutz is very friendly and helps wherever he can. The breakfast was good. The beach is a 15‑minute walk away. The area feels safe. The rooms are simple, but everything you need is there. There’s no air‑conditioning, but that wasn’t necessary for us.

The breakfast was fresh, wholesome and met our expectations, and there was nothing else to complain about.

The spot was perfect—walking distance to the beach and a supermarket nearby. The host was incredibly nice and welcoming. We also enjoyed meeting the sweet, gentle dog. The host knew a lot about the area and gave us great hiking trail tips and other local info. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained.

The facilities are perfect, with clean pillows for the garden chairs and pool loungers, and the breakfast is very good; our host was very attentive and gave us useful tips, the beach is about a 10‑minute walk away, the neighbourhood is very quiet, and we gladly recommend this guesthouse at any time.
