We stayed two nights and had to request room service after the first day; it never cleaned the room and offered no compensation. The staff attitude was poor, and when we asked for help at 5 o’clock, no manager was present.

The place was clean and quiet, and it’s close to the light rail for a quick trip into Seattle.

Close to airport. Super noisy ! Crying babies & loud cleaning staff. Don’t stay on the 1st floor! Couldn’t get the heat / cold right . either too hot or too cold
