I was shocked when my reservation was cancelled before I arrived and no one bothered to notify me; I will never book here again!

I was told I could check in and pay at the property, but when I arrived nobody was even present and they claimed I couldn’t get a room because I hadn’t prepaid, so I had to find a cheaper place just a block away. I didn’t stay here because I didn’t prepay, so I had to book somewhere else.

HomeTowne Studio’s didn’t have a room after my 1200 mile drive. Sent me down the road. Called Thomas in customer care Ext. 22. Wouldn’t give me re-embursement to find another place to stay. No more Book.com Poor customer relations. They had my money 2 weeks prior to my scheduled arrival. No reimbursement yet. No apologies. Sickening. They said previous tenant had destroyed room I was booked into
