Mario, the manager, gave a welcome with an uppercase A! The apartment was cared for in every tiny detail, and I’m deeply grateful to Mario for how he looks after his guests. We only stayed one night but he helped us plan a visit to Recanati with countless suggestions, and we’ll be back. The location is close to Recanati and reachable on foot; with a car it’s a great spot to view the Conero. We were there at the end of July during the infamous 40‑degree heat, the nights were a bit warm, but the available fans solved that perfectly.

“Sentirsi a Casa: relax e tanta cura”

The apartment is very spacious, meticulously detailed, beautifully furnished, and the kitchen has all the comforts—anything can be cooked there! Mario, the owner, is friendly and truly pleasant, very helpful and kind, giving great local tips. Upon arrival he offered aperitif, snacks, and many small touches. We also loved that he came in the morning to prepare coffee and a divine breakfast! Free parking is super easy and convenient, located on the ground floor of a quiet small building just two minutes from Recanati’s center.

I wasn’t a B&B guest; I stayed with a family, almost like home. Mario was incredible, already at the welcome he went out of his way to meet any need or request. Since Recanati is hard to reach by public transport, he accompanied me to nearby Loreto and then to Porto Recanati station to catch the train back. I don’t know if I’ll return to Recanati, but if I can, I already know where to go: “home” with Mario. Nothing negative; everything was to my liking.
