Breakfast was so bland it felt like “bread and water.” There were only two types of hard bread and butter to eat, no coffee or tea because the machine was neglected. The rest of the stay was the worst ever in 35 years!

Nothing good. Awful – I arrived and another person was already in my room, and the owners didn’t even respond!

Good location and nice bed. Breakfast consisted of crispbread, cornflakes, milk and a coffee machine. When the alarm went off at night I couldn’t reach staff or on‑call personnel, and I received no follow‑up despite calling.

Location. Dirty bedding, dirty toilet. The room was locked and no key was available. I couldn’t reach staff, there was no breakfast, and the hotel was lively with guests drinking and being loud.
