“Mood negativo.”
I only liked the breakfast. The staff were rude and inattentive to guests, struggled with communication, never released the main gate keys so you have to knock and wait for someone who seems annoyed or makes you wait outside. The alley to reach the property is awful. The bed feels like stones, the room was never cleaned, towels never changed; when I asked for fresh towels they complained and I almost had to argue. There are far better places elsewhere that welcome you with tea and smiles.
