The location was great.

The location was spot‑on, with a 7‑Eleven right next door and a café on the first floor; the hotel itself is well equipped, even having a laundry on the second floor, which really matters when traveling with family, as we did. The front desk was worth mentioning: the service was excellent from start to finish.

The room was clean and comfortable, not luxurious but it had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. A drugstore is just a one‑minute walk away, and a 7‑Eleven is nearby, which was very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Osaka Station, and because the station and Umeda area are large and complicated, finding the right exit and route to the hotel can be a little confusing at first, so you might need extra time to figure out the way on your first visit.
